James Soper is a live science presenter who is bringing the best that science has to offer to Air Waves Portrush 2019 STEM Village on Saturday 31st August and 1st September.  James will be performing his show ‘Airmazing – the science of flight’ – providing excitement for all the family.  Come experience the wonders of flight with James.

STEM Quiet Time

Individuals with additional needs can look forward to an enhanced experience at The STEM Village during Air Waves Portrush. From 10am – 11am on Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September 2019, visitors can browse the full range of exhibits within a quiet environment. This means noise levels will be minimised as much as possible. The marquees used for the STEM exhibition are all fully wheelchair accessible. The event is free although booking is essential so if you feel that you or your family would benefit from a quiet STEM experience register your place by emailing [email protected].
